Well, from my understanding it takes some time to become a part of the community since the number of users keeps growing. I think its very helpful if you are "chatty person" and likes to read blogs as well not just making them. People will know about your presence easier if you dedicate more time to engagement.
Nobody said steeming was easy, but if you make it work you'll be happy one day that you did.
