Close Range ruleset grant the Close Range ability to the entire formation. Close Range ability allows all ranged cards to attack from the front-row rather than being hindered. The ruleset have small impact toward battle mainly due this ability only affect ranged cards, while players might rely on melee and magic cards also. And since this ruleset only works for ranged cards win the front-row, this ruleset will be useless while the cards are in the back-row. And agains chances are low to utilize this ability since most ranged cards with higher armor and health are inherently accompanied with Close Range ability.
