Stampede ruleset could be considered an underutilized and redundant ruleset. Mainly due to it will only affect Trample ability. Meanwhile across Splinters, there are only 10 cards to possess this ability from Modern format (excluding Gladiator). The only best way to utilize this ruleset is by having Possibilus The Wise, which grant Trample to entire formation. Trample is already very difficult ability to trigger since it triggered only by killing the target.
