We tried to book a Christmas lunch out since it was just the two of us in Amsterdam but a lot of places were closed. We decided to do lunch in.
We decided to make the Roast Beef on the stove top with peppers, brocolli, carrrots and onion. We added some red wine half way through the cooking.
We made the potatoes in the air-fryer. All cooked perfectly and we had a lovely Christmas Day meal.
Our family in Cyprus were celebrating and family in Johannesburg as well.
This morning we had a breakfast and Joe and the Juice and then went on a cruise on the river from the Anne Frank Museum
The food here is delicious.
