The invisible critic on youtube has a series on the Forbidden history of globalism that exposes the socialist/communist agenda. It pretty much agrees with your sentiments about the UN and details the back story of how the few who cannot be named (but he does name them) effected this impending world socialist state. He goes back into over 200 years of the agenda and proves what he says with news paper clippings.

I've had a deep interest in history for decades and his stuff filled in many gaps in my knowledge and gave me a totally different perspective on world events over the last 200 years. History truly is written by the victors.
