It's a Victa not a Victor. Made here in Oz when we used to have a manufacturing industry. If I had a dollar for ever swear word I've uttered trying to start one of those things over the years I'd be a rich man. Not to say there was anything wrong with the design, throw a cheap carby kit at one and it will start on the second or third pull every time.
