I've eaten 3 of those, I'm not sure what the 3rd one is but the other 3 are sometimes known as what's listed below but they also have other common names in different areas.
1 Dandelion - Taraxcum officinale
2 Ribwort - Plantain lancelota
4 Catsear - Hypochaeris radicata

Maybe the 3rd on is some type of Ragweed but I'm just guessing there.

The ribwort is related to psyllium & the leaves make a great smoothie which is rich in vitamins and it can heal stomach ulcers and all sorts of digestive complaints. We used to pick the flower spikes as kids and shoot the flowers at each other. Dandelions arerich in vitamins, have many medicinal uses and are implicated in cancer treatment. The Catsears are very nutritious and have several uses in TCM and you can make a coffee substitute from the roots like you can with Dandelions.

With a bit of rice those plants will you alive and healthy for a long time in a survival situation when everyone else is starving.
