Greetings to you all, it's been an awesome time digesting posts from hivians all over the globe on this very topic "WORK AND STUDY" and I just realized vast majority got involved in money hunt while in school so as to meet up and I for one I'm not exempted from the struggle in school

School is a beautiful place to be but the inner story sometimes makes one feel discouraged to attempt entering or furthering... I for one, it wasn't an easy journey for me back then when I was in school and what made things a bit worse is that I schooled in an environment where you barely see minia-jobs to do due to the environment and less relationship built already

THE INITIAL.

I schooled in the Maritime sector and my school was located deep in the rivers (even very close to the Sea). When I started my ND 1 first semester, things were actually ok for me, due to the fact that I saved up a little and I got some donations at the initial plus expenses have no piled up too. But along the line, I still have to come back to warri to do some little hustling (Fish farm work) and I normally spend like one week out of school. So every month, I have a week out of school just to come hustle and gather up, and this was done without permissions from any school authorities

THINGS TURNED

It affected me though as my name on attendance is normally short, and also the times we had emergency lectures that needed my presence, but I had no options than to do it else I may not meet up with expenses , but along the line the people I was working with over here in warri started telling me there was no work on ground (I know what was going on though) so it continued like that for some while and that was how I had to find something else to do over there in burutu.(this was around second semester of my ND 1)

I MUST SURVIVE

I was good with gaming (ps2) so after classes I do go to one game store to board. And at the end of the day I'll eat and get some change also then later in the night will be for reading, I did that for very long till my friend introduced me to the jetty loading, where I'll take down names of those boarding boat and collect their payments and also at the end of the day I get my little pay but that was one week on and one week off work it didn't end there, there was a woman in my street who we help arrange and tear fire wood for. I also do that any time she gets orders

My dear it wasn't easy, especially the fire wood 馃馃獡 part I got allot of blisters but in the end I scaled through and this is me today who happily bagged a upper credit in the field of Marine engineering
