Bro this Division 7 AI match was stressing me out so bad ☹️ From kickoff till like 79th minute I was down 1-0 and I was already thinking "nah not again, I’m gonna lose points". The AI was playing like they’re in Champions League final or something. Every attack I tried with Rooney and Gerrard they just blocked it. In the video you can see me passing around midfield with Darren Fletcher and Manuel Batsu trying to find space but nothing was working. Bruno Fernandes had like 3 shots and all of them went straight to the keeper. I was literally saying "just one goal please" because losing to Division 7 AI hits different. I even tried crossing to Costacurta but the AI defenders were reading me like a book. At halftime I was already angry, 1-0 down and I felt like the game didn’t want me to win.
Then 80th minute came and Nedved decided to save me. I got the ball around midfield after Valverde won it back, played a quick one-two and Nedved picked it up just outside the box. I didn’t even think twice, just hit the c ball ⚽️ with my left and it curled straight into the top corner. 1-1. The moment that goal entered I stood up from my bed. There was no way I was drawing with Division 7 AI after all that suffering. You could feel the momentum change immediately. The AI that was pressing me for 80 minutes suddenly started making mistakes. The game showed "You’re Rushing the Play" but I didn’t care, I was cooking now. Nedved’s celebration was the only thing that calmed me down a bit.
Immediately I did substitution because I needed fresh legs to kill the game. I took off Rooney who was tired and brought in Babatov. Best decision I made all match. 88th minute, I’m pushing again, I switched play to the right with Roberto Carlos overlapping, cross comes in from the wing and Babatov rises up between two defenders and heads it in 🥅. 2-1. I was screaming so loud my neighbor probably heard me. From 1-0 down to 2-1 up in 8 minutes. That’s the kind of comeback that makes grinding Division 7 worth it. In the clip you see me moving the ball with Serge Aguero and Enzo Fernandes before, but the subs changed everything. Babatov just had that clutch energy. The AI tried to respond but my defense with Batsu and Costacurta was locked in.
90th minute I almost made it 3-1 too. I did a crossing ball from the left side, played it to Babatov again inside the box and he connected perfectly but it hit bar and bounced out. I was like "ahh so close" and punched my pillow. I really wanted that third one to make it comfortable. But honestly I didn’t even care too much because I was already playing with them at that point. I wanted to score from 70th minute but the AI stressed me up a little bit, they were time wasting, defending with 10 men, and even the referee was adding extra time. But once Nedved scored, I took control. The whole second half I was just probing, waiting for my moment, switching between Steven Gerrard and Bruno to open them up, and it finally paid off.
In the end 2-1 win and I’m happy but tired 😂. First half I was just trying not to concede again, second half I switched to attack mode and it worked. Nedved with the screamer and Babatov with the winner. That’s why I love this game. Division 7 AI will make you suffer for 80 minutes then you punish them in the last 10. The video doesn’t even show the goals but trust me the comeback felt crazy. Perfect win to end the night and I’m keeping this squad. Next match I’m going for 3-0 straight, no stress. If Nedved and Babatov keep playing like this I might actually reach Division 6 this week 💪
