I feel it would be irresponsible of you to not accept applications to a whitelist/exclusion list of your downvote rules

I'm requesting to be placed on such a list, please.

You downvoted this post of mine I assume because I had it promoted with @tipu

I really think you should either set up a whitelist or look at the post's content before downvoting. People use bots for all different kinds of reasons.
That post of mine is highlighting very good, good-quality posts written by other people that had been submitted for curation by me to the curation communities I'm apart of, and this is my curation report for last week (kind of late due to down time).

I spent time on that post, it's not my longest but I introduce each post with my own blurb explaining it, and the posts I'm highlighting are even better quality than mine!

Your downvote looks out-of-place, immature and besides that, you are making the authors of those posts look bad too!

I actively engage and curate in the communities on STEEM. I have been spending a lot of time getting out there and growing my network and trying to make something of my little space here on STEEM. I am not some scammer/spammer who creates crap just to use it to abuse bots.

Please look over my content and I think you can come to an agreement with me that it's at least decent content and it would be fair to place me on a whitelist/exclude me from your downvoting rules (if you can't set something like that up in downvotecontrol to exclude an author then I would suggest to start using steemrewarding.com instead since you can do everything from there and you will never need any other auto-vote program again, upvotes, trail votes, downvotes, and after payout votes! Tons of awesome features and rule metrics)
