I understand why but may I suggest you drop that rule and only exclude votes which are worth 0.0000

I started my crypto journey two years ago using only free faucet claims for many months, never invested a fiat cent in my crypto earnings.. It was a grind but those faucet claims eventually added up... I sold my first $40 worth of BTC after 3 months that I earned JUST from using faucets, and then trading all other cryptos to BTC..

TL;DR

MY POINT IS: I know first hand how even the 100th of a penny can add up, so I feel that if our vote even gives a 0.0001 to your reward, it should be valid.

Not only is the vote contributing to the reward, but the more votes you get they tend to attract more votes.. an upvote is a double win for you, so I think only complete goose-eggs should be excluded from winnings.

Also, you are a great newbie service, many newbies discover you early in their steem lives, but they really can't make use of you plus people are discouraged from even playing since they know their votes are poo. Discouraged from playing means less upvotes which means you miss out on the double win conditions I described above.

Just a thought.. please take no offence.
