The ability to mint LEO has now effectively been destroyed

Now, every single LEO that gets burned is a reduction on the 30M supply. You can track that on Hive-Engine/TribalDex (and soon, you'll be able to see the real Arbitrum native LEO supply and burns on LeoDex)

This was a critical step in the LEO 2.0 plan. Where inflation is not only turned off (the old LEO 1.0 model) but now it can never be turned back on, since the ability to mint new LEO's no longer exists
