DeFi can be legitimately scary

Protocols like Aave may not have specific bugs but can be collateral damage to hacks in related protocols/assets/bridges

I’ve been in this space a very long time. The logical conclusion I reached is ironic because it is the oldest saying in crypto:

“Not your keys, not your crypto”

I’ve become a self-custodial maxi in this sense. I want to always swap from my wallet back to my own wallet
