Language Accuracy (The Analysis of the Steemit Posting Language)

Dear Stemians,

This posting is ignited after my reading of several postings on feed wall. I read most of English postings but I also read my native language Bahasa Indonesia. I have to say salute and I appreciate toward all postings in English or other languages. In this writing, I would like to put my own perspective on English using for non native English. Many people [stemians] try their best to write and use English as their medium in expressing their ideas via Steemit. I found many steamians struggled very hard to comply with English. I simply understand that they seriously do the best in term of grammar, word choice, coherency, and the meaning of sentences or paragraphs. But again, we need to appreciate them.

My question is, is it important to have language accuracy in each posting? I believe everyone has different thought. It could be yes but it could be no. This debate might have lots of interpretations and meanings. It could of how we see and understand the context. As a matter of fact, English is a challenge in many countries. But the strike of steemit has changed people mindset in contributing their ideas or experiences. Stemit has really shaped many aspects of life. It reaches all destinations, holes, rooms, contexts, etc. This platform has bridge many people, races, religions, and languages. Therefore, accuracy might be not a big deal.

It is true that not all stemians have equal language [English] ability but they expect to distribute and share information to people. English is believed the most spoken and understandable language. Indeed, most stemians dedicate their postings in English. They believe that accuracy [correctness] is not as important as it but message [information] is the most important. Thus, mistakes or errors are not becoming a major concern of most stemians. However, in most dedicated tags or issues, there is a rule that language is considered vital. It is due to the relevancy of content and ethical issues [academical aspects].

Furthermore, for a longer purpose, language accuracy must be a concern of new or non native English stemians. In fact, by posting in English, they would keep learning the language and by the time, they would improve English. It is believed that practicing the postings in English would influence the improvement of English mastery.

To sum up, language accuracy may not be a big deal for steamians but they have to keep concerning basic and important language functions. The goal of delivering message [information] is the fact good but language mastery should be improved.

Language is the "bridge" among humans. Without language, it will be very difficult to communicate [although body language may help].
