SMT란 무엇인가? 이제야 감을 잡았다.

지금까지 SMT가 정확히 무엇인지 모르고 있었고 다만 스팀엔진을 보고 그것이 무엇인지를 대충 짐작할 수 있었다.

그런데 어제 @steemitblog가 Smart Media Tokens are coming이란 제목의 글을 올렸다.

그 중에는 아래와 같은 SMT가 무엇인지에 관한 내용도 있었다.

Smart Media Tokens are a token-launching protocol similar to ERC20s on Ethereum, but with all the state-of-the-properties enabled by the Steem blockchain, like three-second fee-less transfers. SMTs will allow anyone to launch their own STEEM-like token with customizable features including Founders Tokens, Token Emission Rates, Proof-of-Brain, ICO Smart Contracts, and more.

코인과 토큰에 관한 지식이 일천한지라 대충 새겼는데도 드디어 SMT의 실체에 관하여 예전보다 더 감을 잡을 수 있었다.

RC와 MIRA 이슈때문에 SMT timeline이 늦어졌으며 최근에 HF21을 완료하였으므로 SMT에 집중하여 늦지 않게 timeline을 내놓겠다고 한다.

그냥 기다리는 수밖에 없으므로 기다리겠다.
