That's right, the 25 year old actually went under the knife for 4 hours to have the rib reduction in order to have the 18-inch waist look you see above. So, how far are you willing to go to look like a Barbie doll?
Another question to ask yourself - do you see this as #beauty or obsession? At what point does cosmetic surgery go too far, and is there a limit to what you think people should be allowed to do in search of beauty?
