I just want to say, as much as I agree with Greg on markets / economic topics, I totally disagree with him on the DEI topic. It has to be merit based and not based on DEI. It has been called Democrats Employing Idiots for a reason. Discrimination disgusts me...and DEI is discrimination. I came from nothing and worked my ass off and was stonewalled from promotion by DEI...It has to be merit based.
