Great article. I truly believe that for the greater number of investors pragmatism will outweigh the ideological underpinnings. The Ethereum system is broken as far as DeFi is concerned due to the significant economic barriers to entry. If DeFi is meant for everyone, everyone should be able to afford to "play".
