I fully agree with you. Consistently posting 'good quality' articles is very important. But I find a lot of the newbies (and some well established members as well) place quantity over quality. Why? It's easy - they are here chasing the buck absent any degree of dedication to POB. They as well are exhibiting consistency, but the community spirit is absent from their continued work.
