Bethel United Methodist Church in Flint, MI Blocked Me on Facebook. You can see there's no like button on the page, no message button, I can't comment, like posts, etc. I wish I would have given them a 1-star review now, but I left a comment instead with even a complement too. This Church is helping give out water to people in need in Flint where the water is lead poisoned after the local government failed at managing the local water supply.
If you haven't been following the news, you'd know they invited Donald Trump to speak and then the pastor interrupted him.
Well, that angered me a bit, I wondered what they expected him to do. Other people were voicing their opinions too on their Facebook page, so I decided to chime in. I was nice about it, didn't give a negative review because I saw that as attacking a church which possibly had good intentions since they're helping their local community even if I disagree with them politically. Here's my comment:
I took a screenshot to mention it to a friend, and I figured there was a chance they'd censor people.

Well, the fact they interrupted Trump and deleted my comment plus blocking me for a comment wondering why they even invited him. That's clearly a lie about them being open, isn't lying a sin?
What a horrible church, for censoring people and being one sided in this manner. Feel free to go to their Facebook page and leave comments too. Just don't be hateful. I don't want to let this censorship go on without making a noise as I believe it's wrong for them to do what they are doing. I'm hoping this will help expose their corruption. I really do believe they did this as a setup. The pastor met with President Obama before and also commented about him coming saying they will educate Trump and he won't use them.
What do you guys think about this church? I'm a big free speech supporter, so this really upsets me they'd pull a stunt like this and then censor people calling them out on it. Now religiously, I identify as a Christian because the rest of my family does, but never ever actively went to church. I still question religion, and that's a whole another post. In summary, I see it as creating wars and conflicts. But it also has values like not killing people, not cheating, etc which are good to live by.
