As far as my experience goes, images in gray and wet weather are less favorable than images in sunny weather, the sun is shining bright, the sky is blue, and everything appears as natural. But I find myself interested in documenting things in this rainy season where nature and life appear in gray normal. I wait for the rain as much as I wait for a sunny day.
The rainy season is a season of renewal of life. Nature around especially vegetation looks very happy for this season. The seeds will sprout, and the vegetable crops will grow vigorously. Some of the animals will reproduce during this season. Nature is like smiling accepting the blessings that come down from the sky.
I just took these images around where I live, in a small, unpretentious village. Out there, it's still raining. Perhaps, with these images, I will introduce a little about the environment in which we live in Aceh. Not only my photos are wet, but I am also wet. So let's get wet.馃檪
The high rainfall creates a fairly high puddle, but soon it will soak into the ground.
We call it "Iteik Beulati". Others call it "Itik Serati". It is Muscovy duck (Cairina moschata) which is enjoying its wetness.
Wet jasmine.
The leaves of the mango tree in my yard. It allows itself to be covered with raindrops.
The sugar-apple (Annona squamosa) in the yard.
Maybe it shouldn't wait to dry!馃榿
A fish seller who goes around the village to sell his fish! Nothing to worry about. Everything is normal.
