Thanks for the info, someone had mentioned that to me before and I thought I had removed it as it is below my ref statement, I'll surelly update it for next time.

I think too many bullies are allowed to do as they like and get away with it as long as they have huge SP. The system as it is, isn't doing anything about it and in some causes seems to favor it. Lol. Cheers mate.
