I keep thinking in terms of silver coins on about all the creatures represented here. Rwanda, Somalia, Australia, etc. The symbol of FREEDOM, an American Bald Eagle behind a chain link fence, just doesn't look natural.
Was this a Rescued Eagle recovering from a serious injury? Is it kept here until it fully recovers?
