I am having my usual health problems and having difficulty getting enough meaningful exercise today. Some abdominal heartburn-like discomfort this evening, perhaps I shouldn't have eaten that old leftover Curry Chicken. I have temporarily stepped down from #LOH Contest judging until further notice.
