It is a terrible experience my Sister, I understand and I did not want to live with the fear of that happening to me again so I took up a Practical self defense course that was taught by Volunteer teachers at a modest cost and was also designed to instill or restore my own confidence. I was inspired and went beyond the basics into Akido. I have yet to use my knowledge and capabilities because one teaching I have applied is that of Situational Awareness, to avoid such a confrontation before it happens. However, I would not rule out Helping another woman in trouble.
