Grand promises becoming smoke and mirrors only to deliver a fraction. Meanwhile insiders and friends make their fortunes taking their cut of the Public pension. The Canadian Public Pension system isn't as overt and obvious but I see it as condemned to imploding like many Government run ponzi schemes.
