I think of such people akin to 'Soft bullying' up until they act upon their unsubstantiated conclusions. I hate bullies period. But in my long Heath service career I've been around people who project their fears others claiming some evil entity possess them then act by threatening them. The person is forced to leave the residence then the same complainants pick another innocent person to direct their fears against.
