I don't think anyone other than yourself can edit your content as you are in possession of your account keys. BTW, keep them in a safe place and never give out your ownership 'keys' to anyone.
The Markup language is pretty standard and has not changed much since i started here. If the HTML updated a few times but seemed very minor. I'm not familiar with the actual html architecture or the version we use.
