That sounds like a very swollen lymph node at first impression, with a temperature indicates an infection.

I presume that the pharmacist prescribed the Amoxillan capsules and explained the dosage clearly to you. Paired with Cefagel for a gram positive bacteria... or was it negative? I can barely remember. Usually prescription is for ten days. You should see a doctor just in case, there could be more than just an infection.
