It is hard when I have been doing it for longer than habit.
I used to shrug off the burnout quick, not so lately.
It feels like I have aged faster.
Mother's day was spent as; Finish Night shift at 0800 hours, get blog up by 1100 hours, go to an appointment to see my Mom at her Rez at 1300 hours, pickup ingredients for supper 1430 hours, 1515 hours unload, 1600 hours quick meal, 1700 hours ...slept 12 hours since.
My kids helped with dinner while i was sleeping.
Relaxing today.

Thanks for your support and advice Sis, @elizabethbit
