I presume you are trying to acquire Hive.Buzz's Daily Power up month badge. You would Power up any amount daily for an entire month to acquire it. The advantage is that you're making use of every Hive staked as possible.

Personally, I accumulate liquid Hive and try to Power Up monthly.
