Yes, that is the advice of my GP to refrain using risky footwear since I am developing a risk for falling injuries. It took some time giving up on sword juggling but it was inevitable with the stiletto heels has to go. That may include my 6 inch Demonia platform boots too.

I still have my chunky heel Mary Jane on the far left. A 'maybe' for the red Demonia Shaker platform Mary Janes next to them. This will have to be on a shoe by shoe basis.
The loafers are good, comfy and cheap, Literally brand new. I may add a few spikes to them. Something to think about.
