Very nice, it's great that you've found a deck that you enjoy playing so much; I personally seem to have trouble piloting Deception decks 😄 Against War, IMO Overproof Brew isn't something that you need to worry about since most decks don't run it (just read their decklist before the game), but for Sole Survivor, you really need to just assume that they always have it in their hand once 6-mana comes around. I'm not sure of the exact percentages but a deck running 2x probably means that there is around a 50% chance of drawing at least one copy in 8 draws, and it's often better to be safe than sorry. Don't overcommit, or clear their board each turn. It's easier said than done though, since mid-range War has many other threats lurking if you don't have enough threats of your own.
