The portal wrangler/warp engineer combo deck seems too inconsistent to perform well even with the new GP in my opinion, I faced it once and my opponent couldn't play anything substantial until turn 5, making it a rather easy win. I guess it makes up for it by being extra hard to deal with once they get the combo set up though.
