Simple basic Grafting of the Plant

This was the first perfect grafting I did, and this time, I made it into a plant from our office that I took home to remove the stones and change its soil. I removed many pebbles up to the root of the plant and around it. This is one of the reasons why the plant's body does not grow and is not healthy, even if it is watered daily.

It's a pity I didn't take a picture of its first appearance before I cut it to show to everyone. I hope all the photos I shared here have enough descriptions.

Slowly dig the soil where the plant is located, until you can see its root. If you see the center of the root, the fattest root, reduce it or cut it down so that more new roots will come out of it. You can also cut some roots around it that you think are intricate roots. Don't worry, it will grow. Transfer the plant-soil to a container and remove any obstructions in the soil.

As you can see, in the vase, the first thing I put in was the dried grass, this is what I often put in and do before the soil or sand and other decaying fruits and vegetables. This will help to prevent the soil from leaking when it is watered. It also helps to cool the bottom of the plant even if it is not watered often.

After I removed the excess roots, I also cut the upper part of the plant to split a little and put the small part of the plant I took on the same plant to put together and wrap in plastic so that it does not get wet and dry immediately. Just ten days later and the intertwined branches of the plant will be contiguous and certainly healthier more than before.

These are the soils or fine sand in the plastic vase that I also returned along with some healthy soils that I accumulated for a month. This is not ordinary sand as you think. It is very fine desert sand. It is also used by gardeners here in the Middle East mixed with the dry feces of Camels and Sheep.

These are the parts I cut from the plant. It is easy to take root if soaked in water for five days. I also want to put it together or grafting and find out what it will look like afterward.

You can use a sharp blade or knife to cut the trunk of the plant and cut the main small body of the plant in the middle. If you are going to cut a large tree trunk, it is better to use sharp tools as you can see in the picture.

In this little plastic I soak for a moment the cut branches. I will transfer it to the proper pouch to root properly. I also need to wrap the upper part of the cut branches of the plant so that it does not rot immediately.

These are some of the plants that I soak in a small bottle and I just wait for them to take root a little and I will transfer them to the vase.

And this is the grafting plant I made. Maybe I only have about 7 or 10 days to wait for this to be a complete joint. Every third day I have to water it so that the root does not soak and rot.
