Day two of 'write a song a day for 30 days until my 30th Birthday' turned out to be trickier than day one. Every time I would try to come up with something on the guitar it would end up sounding like something I'd already written. So, I saw my ukelele in the corner (that I hadn't learned to play until the night before), and decided I would use it again.
It's interesting how simply switching instruments can open up a whole new world of creativity and songwriting, even if you are just using the simplest of chords.
