Do you remember when there was a view count on Steemit? That at least gave some feedback about how many people actually saw a post, even if it didn't get many upvotes. Some of my @coolenglish posts were getting tons of views because of the SEO stuff, long after the upvote window closed. It was pretty encouraging. Wish one of the frontends would bring back the view count.
