Whenever I go to post something and it happens to be over 240 characters, I get this "Only the first 240 characters will be visible on the timeline" message that pops up but that I usually don't read in its entirety. I usually delete some words or characters to whittle the thread down to the right amount of characters, but I just realized that the message means exactly what it says and I actually can post more than 240 characters. So now I'm testing it out by just typing whatever comes to mind.
