Yeah, of course it's just answering based on what data about him it has been trained on. Real humans are dynamic and our minds subject to change over time as we learn. As far as manual biasing towards a political agenda, hadn't heard that but it is of course a possibility. Some ML systems end up biased just by accident. Good thing to be aware of as ML becomes more prevalent.
