Horses that are freely roaming along the Sulvec Beach is rarely a sight. Nevertheless, all the people of Narvacan knows for certain that these horses are owned by only one man--Tang Timing, as they call him. His humble abode by the Sulvec Port looks as if abandoned with yards covered in dry wild grasses. This old man owns horses whom he used for participating racing contests, but recently he hasn't been active and the number of horses has dwindled compared to what I've witnessed when I was little. Now, these horses are as free as cows.
