The tdvtv Hive account (used by the vigilante.tv site) posts videos for lots of video creators, regardless of the other websites that might be hosting the same video.

The rewards on the video do not go to tdvtv. Their Site Host (hive account: dollarvigilante) earns 10% to cover the costs of hosting everyone's videos, and the video creator (whatever their Hive username is) gets the 90% that remains (the Hive beneficiary system is used).
