In my opinion,
Licensed doctors want you (their paying customer) to keep coming back. These doctors will rarely recommend sunshine and detoxes like fasting. They are very good however at recommending drugs and surgeries. They do wear a white butcher's coat afterall ;) When you can cure yourself, you won't need them anymore (unless you break a bone or something).
