Every Hive-Tube instance owner keeps a local copy of the videos across multiple drives (in case a drive fails). Some instance owners (like vigilante.tv) actually use distributed filesystems too so in case the NOC itself goes offline, the website and all the videos keep right on streaming.
If you upload videos to youtube, odysee, etc, any Hive-Tube instance can automatically replicate those videos for you so in case you ever get banned from one of those platforms, you will never lose your videos since they are running on (and syndicating from) a Hive-Tube instance as well.
