Well, it took a tiny spider to reveal something deeper about their relationship. I think Cora should thank the spider or else she might have continued to believe all was well until things reached a point where it was harder to turn back. Her fear seemed dramatic, even humourous at first but an issue of life or death should be taken seriously. Pity Joseph didn't see it that way until he realised she was serious about ending the relationship. Sometimes it takes the smallest incident to expose the cracks in a relationship.
Brown Recluse or not, it's death to all spiders (and insects) for me! 😄 An interesting short piece. Well done. Do take care. 🌹
