This post is aimed at shedding more light and concentrating on the consensus algorithm that was developed by Usechain. It is a more perfect alternative to the current consensus algorithms. Usechain uses an alignment algorithm with randomizedproof of work ( RPOW ) , which is fairly easy to implement because Usechain has a MIP identity mapping system ( which we will talk about in the next post). Randomized proof of work ( RPOW ) is highly scalable, safe, effective and capable of providing complete decentralization.
Different blockchain use different consensus algorithms. By consensus, I mean reaching agreement. For example, several nodes (computers) can report the final result of a certain football match. The consensus here is the final agreement reached by most nodes on one data value. However, there may be cases where the nodes falsely report actual data, and this can lead to a situation where consensus will not be achieved. Here is often given an example with the problem of Byzantine generals. The problem is that several Byzantine generals and their armies surrounded the city. They must unanimously decide whether to attack or not. If some generals attack without others, the siege will end in tragedy. Generals are separated by distance and must transmit messages to each other. Several crypto-currency protocols use a reworked version of BFT to reach consensus, because the situation has references to the blockchain. Also the goal is to support the work of the huge network. If you send money to someone, how can you be sure that no one on the network will change the amount?
What these generals need is a consensus mechanism that ensures that the whole army can attack simultaneously, despite all the obstacles.
At present, there are several consensus algorithms, such as: Proof of share ( PoS ), Proof of work ( PoW ), Delegated Proof of Share ( DPoS ); but you are unlikely to find any of these current algorithms that would be fully scalable, efficient and safe. None of the existing algorithms fully demonstrates the above functions. For example, the delegated share proof ( DPoS ) used by EOS, does not ensure full decentralization, since only a small number of individuals make a full decision based on their rates, which in turn makes the consensus process more centralized. The proof of the work that bitcoin uses meets safety and scalability requirements, but, unfortunately, is inefficient, because the energy consumption during mining is very high.
RPOW uses an algorithm to determine the random number belonging to the account. This means that accounts for the consensus process are always generated using an algorithm. This ensures a complete decentralization of the system, because at each moment of time it is a random choice of people.
The combination of mirror identification protocol and matching algorithm with randomized work proof ( RPOW ) gives a Usechain advantage. This is due to the fact that the technology has significantly reduced the severity of computing processes. This is necessary for the following achievements:
Mining for the people is a fair and transparent environment, there is no need for special equipment.
Security above all - the ability to resist attacks with a double load.
All developers should be - users will be able to use DApps , and also develop the UST through their mobile devices.
To save energy from youth - it opens the possibility to support more users without having to worry about wasting energy, because the use of identification cards allows the network to significantly reduce its dependence on hashing power, as well as on the amount of energy consumed.
Due to the fact that the mirror unit Usechain operates at low power consumption, and also provides a fair environment for mining, the matching algorithm with randomized proof of work ( RPOW ) is able to achieve high transaction speed.
The matching algorithm with randomized proof of work ( RPOW ) is scalable, efficient, secure and provides full decentralization, thereby eliminating problems with existing consensus algorithms. It will be interesting to watch his work, when the project will have a prototype and users.
