Me encanta la Navidad, diciembre mi mes preferido, desde el primero se me mete el chip de la gastadera, pintar la casa, decoración, ropa, zapatos, regalos, entre otras muchas cosas. Pero además de eso, y lo más importante, es el compartir en familia, la alegría de los niños por recibir sus regalos.
Han sido unos días buenos, alegres y quiero compartir con ustedes, mis amigos virtuales , mis navidades junto a mi familia, unos presenciales, otros lejanos, pero unidos de corazón .

El día 23 empieza la preparación, desde temprano salimos a comprar todos los ingredientes para las hallacas, ensalada de gallina, chicha y todo lo que comeremos el 24. En horas de la tarde empieza la preparación del guiso, para terminar bien tarde en la noche , reunidos armando las hallacas, que momento tan mágico y especial, donde conversamos, nos reímos hasta más no poder, que buen disfrute que no cambio por nada.

Como en muchos hogares, tenemos la costumbre de realizar la cena navideña cada 24 de diciembre, este año con menos integrantes, pero igual con mucha alegría al saber que todos nos encontramos bien, en perfecto estado de salud y eso es más que suficiente para celebrar y darle gracias a Dios.

Hallaca, ensalada de pollo, pollo horneado y pan, fue nuestro plato navideño, todo estaba muy ricoooo, ufff confieso que me comí una olla de ensalada, es mi favorita y estaba de un bueno.
