I can really relate. In the Philippines, we have so many dialects, just one island apart, and the dialect is already different. Even just a few municipalities away, the accent changes. Since I like to travel a lot, there are times when I’m in one place but end up using a different accent or dialect. Once you’re a traveler/wanderer, you really learn how to connect and interact with the locals, that’s one of the strengths of being a traveler/wanderer.
