I love fried rice with garlic toppings, especially when there’s a lot of garlic!

Hmm, maybe the chef just isn’t very good at making fried rice. Whenever I dine at a restaurant and I’m not sure what to order, I usually ask the waiter, “What’s your best seller?” Then I just order whatever they recommend.
