Milk is a white liquid food produced by the mammary glands of mammals. It is richly packed with nutrients and is the primary source of nutrition for infants.
Milk contains calcium, phosphorus, potassium, protein and vitamin K2 which are all very essential for maintaining strong and healthy bones.

Milk lightens the skin and helps reduce pigmentation, by encouraging the shedding of pigmented cells. Milk also contains lactic acid which helps hydrate the skin, heal dry skin/acne, and gets rid of sunburn. The calcium present in milk, nourishes the skin cells from within.

Preparation

  1. Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of milk in a bowl.
  2. Add 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1 tablespoon of honey to the milk in the bowl.
  3. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.
  4. Be sure to wash your face before applying it. You can place two small round cucumbers on your eye lids.

  1. Alow it to sit for about 15 to 20 minutes before rinsing or wiping off with a damp cloth.

Have fun!!!😊
