It's time to travel, I'm so tired of being at home. I know, I know... it's too early. Most places I want to go won't let me in any way. One day soon though I'm going to take a monochrome trip through the mountains on a train! For now, I'll just have to imagine the trip with some photos from my previous travels.

At the train station in Banff, Alberta. Who would like to see what's down those tracks?

Heading for Kamloops, British Columbia. I pulled off the road to capture this shot when I saw the light reflected off the rails.

A freight train winding along the Fraser River in BC. This area is known as the Goldrush Trail.

Early morning fog in Ontario. Again, I stopped the car to take this photo when I saw the light reflected on the rails. I shot this on an overpass on the Trans Canada Highway somewhere west of Lake Superior.

I took this shot at the train museum in Revelstoke, BC. I think trains and train tracks look great in monochrome. I hope you agree!

All photos were taken by me, keithboone@keithboone, for the #Monomad Photography Challenge by brumest@brumest and monochromes@monochromes. Thanks very much for visiting!
